I think casual dating means that they are planning on seeing other people - and you are going on a booty call list. Guys do this more than girls. Women have more nesting impulses. I know I am still planning for the future all the time. I am physically incapable of dating someone without thinking about where it is going. (Which isn't to say that I can't have a one night stand... but them you know it is over.) If you can't go into this same mode of thought - then you ought to dump it now. Having differing relationship expectations was a huge problem the last time, and why travel the same road again?

Thanks for the insight. I think I already know this, and it is mainly because I have traveled parts of this road before. it just seems so different with this one. He treats me entirely differently. I have to understand that underneath, at its core, if this is what he is saying, then it IS fundamentally the same thing in a different guise. I cannot support that. My heart can't take it, again.
